Golden Star Dancesport Championships
Golden Star is Ballroom Dance Competition located in the heart of New York. Organizers-Delyan Terziev & Boriana Deltcheva.
The Golden Star Dancesport Championships will also play host to “A Night to Remember”! This dinner/dance/gala of festivities will include a world class show of performances and four hours of party dancing. Proceeds collected will be donated to the Ballroom Dancing Cancer Foundation to help Beata Onefater.
New York Dance Festival
This will be Edward Simon’s last year directing NYDF. The will be an unveiling ceremony to pass the torch to the new organizers on Friday evening.
The 2015 New York Dance Festival will be held from Thursday, February 12 to Sunday, February 15. The Festival will take place at New York’s beautiful Roosevelt Hotel, located on Madison Avenue in midtown Manhattan. New York Dance Festival is held in one of the world’s most exciting cities with its own unique “New York Style” rhythm.
Manhattan Amateur Classic
The Manhattan Amateur Classic (“MAC”), the only annual DanceSport event that has been regularly held in New York City since 1991, provides an outlet for the wealth of dance talent in and around the New York metropolitan area. The MAC is the second longest running all amateur competition and has grown from a 1-day event to 3 full days of non-stop dancing.
With the MAC’s explosive growth in recent years, especially among youth dancers, MAC has become a dance mecca, taking its place among the nation’s leading competitive events. MAC 2008 proudly hosted over 1000 competitors, and we have continued growing ever since, with over 1100 each of the past two years!!
