One of Summer’s best competitions, Capital Dancesport Championships is held every fourth week-end of August. Organized by John DePalma and Marianne Nicole, be prepared for an amazing experience.
The Washington Open DanceSport Competition is a 3 day competition featuring American and International Ballroom Styles organized by Dan and Silke Calloway, Robert Woods. The 2014 event featured a professional performance by Riccardo Cocchi & Yulia Zagoruychenko!

The Jam Cellar Tuesday is a weekly dance party hot-spot held in a posh, turn of the century mansion in Northwest Washington, DC. “If I’m in DC on a Tuesday night, you can bet I’ll be at Jam Cellar.”
Located in Columbia Heights is Zeba bar. Awesomely, Zeba offers Bachata night on Wednesdays. Bachata ends (officially) @ 10pm, but then the floor just opens up for all lovers!
