Contract & Deposit

Virtual Program: DanceComp will make the Event program available on the DanceComp Mobile Application, including Advertisers/Vendors/Officials/Adjudicators pictures. All data will be provided by the Event before the start of the Competition. DanceComp must be provided with the INITIAL data-set for the Event, at least 72hrs prior to the Event start time.

Live Heatlists and Results: Competition Results and Heatlists will be updated “Live” (within minutes of the end of the Award) using data provided in due time by Scrutineers/Registrar. DanceComp will provide the adequate equipment and/or software so that the MC can update the LIVE HEAT COUNTER for your screens, along with every dancer’s smartphone, tablet, and iPad. We will be updating the DanceComp Mobile Application with the latest RESULTS, HEATLISTS, and SCHEDULE (in case of changes).
Mobile Announcement: Should an important announcement at the Event be needed, DanceComp will make its Mobile App technology (‘Push Notification’) available to alert all owners of said application (useful when the event is running early for example).
Screen Director: DanceComp will manage the content of the Big Display Screen of the Event (hardware not provided). The Content will include a Heat Counter, a Clock, Graphics and Videos. Various advertisements, sponsor names, and images can be displayed throughout the event. The Event will provide the material they wish to see on screen (unless otherwise directed/agreed upon). DanceComp reserves the right to also display the name or material of their primary sponsor(s)

REMOTE vs PREMIUM:

If we attend the Event and work as your Big Screen Manager and Live Heat Counter Operator, then we charge $500 per day (plus EXPENSES). This is our Premium Service.

If we do not attend the Event, you will be provided with the links to your personalized REMOTE Big Screen Manager and Heat Counter. Your designated Live Heat Counter Operator will control the Heat number displayed on your Big Screen. We charge $250 per day for this  This is our Remote Service.

Meals = $TBD (we prefer to be on “package” like all other Officials. If we are not provided with a meal package, we charge $35 per x 2 meals per day)

*depending on the size/duration of your Event, our Expenses can apply for TWO persons

The term of the Contract shall commence on the Date the Contract is submitted (the EFFECTIVE date) and shall end within 24 hours of the Event’s conclusion (the EXPIRATION date). The Effective Date shall be fixed by DanceComp after the Contract has been fully executed by the Event Organizer. The Contract shall not be a legally binding contract until after the Effective Date is affixed and the fully-executed Contract and Deposit has been submitted to DanceComp .
